Why is this course important?
Managing staff who use towers, have a lot of responsibility, and it’s essential that you know what correct practice looks like. Otherwise, those working under you could easily come to harm. If you are going to comply with Work at Height Regulations, you must be fully qualified to supervise those who are working on towers. Our PASMA Towers for Managers will equip you with the knowledge needed to prevent any accidents on your towers. The course is 1 day long and will cover everything that you need to know to meet all health and safety requirements to keep your team safe.
Who is the course for?
The PASMA Towers for Managers course is suitable for those who aren’t going to be using towers themselves, but who will be overseeing tower operatives. So if you are a site manager, health and safety professional or company director, this is the course for you. Many of the delegates that we teach are new to managing tower users, but we can also help those who already manage tower users but have never been formally trained to gain a valuable qualification. Of course, you may be joining us to re-sit the course after your certificate has expired. No matter your level of expertise, we’re here to help.
