FAQ’s
How long is a PASMA course?
A PASMA course is so convenient to take part in. This course in particular is just ½ a day long, making it ideal for those who can’t spare an entire day for their health and safety training. Being able to obtain your certificate without missing an entire day of work means that you’ll be able to learn when it suits you, and bring your newfound skills back to site as soon as you have completed the course. We offer a wide range of PASMA courses here at Harrington Safety, and these can be combined to create a full day of training if that is something that you would prefer to do.
What equipment does PASMA cover?
PASMA courses cover a variety of areas of expertise. As a fully accredited PASMA training centre, we are able to offer courses on towers for users, low level access, towers on stairs, towers with cantilevers, working at height, towers for managers and towers for bridging. The variety that we provide has made us a firm favourite with many looking to obtain a PASMA certificate. Whether you work with just one of the types of equipment listed or you use several as part of your role, learning with us ensures that you will be able to access the training you need to continue in your job safely.
How long does a PASMA qualification last?
PASMA qualifications are some of the most widely recognised in the construction sector, and remain valid for 5 years. So once you have completed the course, you will be able to enjoy all of the benefits that holding a PASMA certificate has to offer before you have to think about taking the necessary steps to retain it. We welcome a number of delegates looking to renew their PASMA certificates, and we can help them to refresh their knowledge and ensure that their certification remains valid. If that sounds like it could be you, please get in touch with a member of our team today.
